Divorce Mediation
A peaceful, equitable, inexpensive path to divorce.

When a couple decides to divorce, they must make important decisions regarding the future of their children, finances, and property. The mediator is a neutral third-party that will help you both amicably reach a sustainable agreement on all issues. You can move forward as peacefully, quickly, and economically as possible. In 2-4 sessions, your mediator will walk you through discussions regarding:

-
The mediation and divorce process
-
Custody of minor children
-
Co-parenting responsibilities, decision-making, and scheduling
-
Property identification, valuation, and division
-
Division of debt
-
Child support
-
Spousal support
-
Insurance
-
Taxes
The mediator will then document your agreement in a Memorandum of Understanding that you can review and present a legal form of to the court. Couples typically reach a complete settlement in under 10 hours.
